Advising Just Childcare on nursery group acquisition

We have advised North West nursery group Just Childcare on the acquisition of an eight-strong nursery group in Bristol.

Just Childcare was established in 2004 by Jacqueline and David Johnson. The directors have over 65 years of childcare and education experience between them. The most recent acquisition sees the nursery group continuing to extend its operations in the South West of England. The company has expanded from seven sites to 48 in the last 3 years.
