Janine advises businesses of varying sizes upon litigation and dispute resolution across a varied range of industry sectors and works with individuals, SMEs and listed companies but the emphasis is on owner managed businesses across the North West.
Janine’s main areas of experience are commercial contracts including: corporate litigation, breaches of trust/ fiduciary duty, professional negligence and contentious probate. Janine is an accredited mediator (both CEDR and ADR) and regularly mediates and resolves all types of commercial disputes.
Janine has significant experience of litigation in the healthcare sector, including acting for GP practices, individual doctors and other healthcare organisations. Described by a major health sector client in Legal 500 “Janine is ‘excellent both strategically and in terms of handling clients’.”
