Neil specialises in commercial dispute resolution, acting for a wide range of clients in a variety of business sectors. His particular areas of specialism include breach of contract and warranty claims, breach of confidentiality, shareholder and partnership disputes.
Neil also has a wide range of experience in obtaining emergency relief such as search and seize orders and prohibitive injunctions.
Neil is a trustee of Birmingham Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
Experience
- Acting for a claimant company in a case involving serious breaches of confidentiality, restrictive covenants and a ‘team move’ including the obtaining of multiple search and seize orders.
- Acting for a shareholder in a successful claim for unfair prejudice resulting in the buy-back of shares by the majority shareholder with no minority discount.
