How do you help clients?

I help clients when they have financial concerns. This can include advising directors of distressed businesses on returning their businesses to profitability and providing advice to the board and other stakeholders when this is no longer possible. Advice can include on the various creditors’ interests, directors’ duties, lenders’ concerns and security and issues arising from the various stakeholders from when the company is in distress through to the appointment of insolvency practitioners.

I also advise creditors when customers or suppliers default and on enforcement options available to them to recover monies due.

I advise companies and investors when acquiring/ investing in distressed companies.

I advise individuals when in financial distress on lender requirements, enforcement of lender’s security and on the various restructuring options available.

I help lenders put their security in place and provide advice on enforcement to recover monies owed.

I advise insolvency practitioners on the full breadth of transactional and contentious insolvency, restructuring, recovery, funding, security, lender and regulatory issues.
