He manages teams efficiently and effectively to reduce risk and provide sound commercial advice.

How do you help clients?

I listen to and understand clients’ needs and objectives to tailor bespoke solutions.

I understand development, contracts and construction processes intrinsically and can identify and mitigate risk. This allows me to monitor and manage complex projects to ensure they are delivered properly.

I have a comprehensive understanding of all dilapidations issues and can therefore tailor exit strategies and maximise claims for landlords and produce savings for tenants.

Experience

  1. Development monitoring the shell and core construction of a 92,000sqft building and subsequent project management of the Cat A and B fit out of flexible office, laboratory and clinical space.
  2. Saving an occupier over £1m in dilapidations when exiting a Grade I listed building.
  3. Acting as Lead Consultant and Contract Administrator in a £3m external envelope refurbishment of an occupied multi-let industrial estate.
  4. Advising clients with onerous lease break clauses ensuring occupiers are able to determine leases without penalties.
  5. Providing investor clients with portfolio and individual pre-acquisition and vendor technical due diligence.
